Cooking in Panama with Chef Charlie

Panama is an amateur chef’s dream. If you’re the “cook at home” type of you can get creative with all the exotic and fresh meats,veggies, fruits and spices grown right here in Panama. All affordable and all locally grown within the country. Literally from farm to table.

Last week, Chef Charlie made a delish dinner of grilled chicken topped with a pico de gallo type salsa, coconut sticky rice, bread and a salad with passion fruit and beet dressing that was to die for.

In Panama they say “buen provecho” before each meal which means enjoy. Buen Provecho, indeed.
